By accessing the Website or using our marketplace and related services (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Services immediately.
1 Scope of Services
- EssayFlow links individuals or organisations that need written content (“Clients”) with independent freelance writers (“Experts”).
- Delivered content (“Work”) is for reference, research, and learning only. Clients must not submit it as original work where academic or professional rules forbid it.
- Services are available only to users 18+ and not resident in jurisdictions sanctioned by the EU, OFAC, or FATF, or where such marketplaces are illegal. We may block or terminate accounts from restricted areas.
2 Account Registration
- Create an account with a valid email and strong password; keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorised access to info@essay-flow.com immediately.
3 Ordering Process
- Create an Order – Choose service type, specify topic/scope (word count/pages), deadline, formatting style, and upload all reference files/instructions.
- Pay Securely (Upfront) – Orders are queued only after payment is confirmed.
- Assignment to Authors – The platform forwards your order to verified Authors. Eligible Authors may accept the task based on qualifications and availability (no public bidding, no direct selection).
- Status Tracking – You can monitor the order’s status in your account dashboard.
- Quality Review – Once the Author completes the draft, our admin team performs a consolidated QC check (compliance with instructions, basic structure, plagiarism screening, formatting).
- Delivery – The final Work is delivered to the Client by the stated deadline via email (and/or made available for download in the dashboard, if applicable).
- Client Duties – Provide complete, accurate instructions and all reference materials at the time of ordering. Missing or late inputs may cause delays, scope adjustments, or additional fees.
4 Payment & Pricing
- All prices are shown at checkout in EUR. We may update prices, but never retroactively on active orders.
- Advance payment only (Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer).

Automatic Payment Release – funds are held in escrow and released to the Expert 14 days after the final deadline unless the Client opens a dispute or revision request.
All payments and transactions must be conducted through the Website.
5 Revisions & Refunds
- Revisions – One free revision if the Work diverges from original instructions; out-of-scope changes may incur additional charges.
- Refunds – May be issued for non-delivery, significant deviation from the order, or technical issues preventing completion, if requested within 14 days of the transaction. No refunds for dissatisfaction with grades, late provision of required materials, academic dishonesty, or requests made after six months. Processing may take up to 10 business days (payment-provider dependent).
- Dispute Resolution – If you have any issues with an order, including refund requests, please contact the Company directly. Clients and Authors should not try to resolve payment or service issues on their own. The Company will review the case, and its decision will be final.
6 Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
- EssayFlow retains ownership until full payment clears.
- After release, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence for lawful personal or organisational use.
- Prohibited: resale, public distribution, or claiming authorship of the Work.
7 Plagiarism & Academic Integrity
- Zero tolerance for plagiarism. You agree not to present our Work as original academic submission, infringe copyright, or violate institutional rules. Breaches may lead to instant termination.
8 Data Privacy & Security
- We collect only data necessary to operate the marketplace. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, safeguards, and your rights.
- Personal data are never sold and are disclosed to third parties only where legally required or essential to provide the Services.
9 Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your account without notice if you: commit fraud, initiate charge-backs, violate policies, harass Experts or staff, or attempt to bypass platform security or controls.
10 Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. EssayFlow is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or delays caused by external factors (e.g., internet outages). We do not guarantee grades or institutional approval of your use of the Work.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Hungary; class or collective actions are excluded where permitted by law.
12 Amendments & Updates
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
